A medley of fresh fruit precedes steaming creamy oats, prepared with just enough whiskey, before a delicious English breakfast, all savoured in the crisp morning air on the sun drenched patio.
You may wish to order a picnic basket packed with the chefs delights and a chilled chardonnay and settle down at the waterfall gazing up as clouds drift across the valley.

What is Chaîne des Rôtisseurs you ask? A committee called Bailli and the Bailliage Committee, recommend establishments if they meet their high standards. A large brass plaque may then be awarded to a professional member who is the owner or executive chef of a dining establishment. In this case our Chaine Chef Adri van Wieringen. A superb level of cuisine, service and hospitality is needed as required by the exacting standards of Chaîne des Rôtisseurs internationally.
It is required that the establishment's support services and facilities meet all the high standards and the establishment must own a grill or a revolving spit, and grilled or roasted meat must be available on the menu.
