Situated only 2-hours-drive from Johannesburg, Walkersons Hotel & Spa is the ideal location to host a Dullstroom conference or executive meeting. The hotel has two dedicated conference venues available for use, with the Walker Room able to accommodate the entire hotel capacity in a variety of configurations. Alternatively, retreat to the seclusion of the Tapestry Room for a more private and exclusive meeting.

The Tapestry room at Walkersons can seat up to 20 Dullstroom conference delegates and the Walker room sets up to 40 delegates dependent upon seating arrangements.

DELUXE PACKAGE: R750 per person.
Includes: 2-course lunch, 2 x teas (with pastries), unlimited bottled water, unlimited tea/coffee station, sweet/snack station and venue hire.

Overnight Conference Package

BASIC PACKAGE: R2620 per person sharing / R3400 per single room
Includes: Accommodation, breakfast, 2-course lunch, 2 x teas (with pastries), dinner and venue hire

DELUXE PACKAGE: R2805 per person sharing / R3590 per single room
Includes: Accommodation, breakfast, 2 -course lunch, 2 x teas (with pastries), dinner, unlimited bottled water, unlimited tea/coffee station, sweet/snack station and venue hire.

Kindly Note:

• Rates for breakfast and dinner are based on the hotel’s standard breakfast offering and 4-course dinner menu.
• Accommodation is based on Lakeside Suite rates. Allocation of Luxury Rooms in dependent on availability (at no extra cost).
• Rates exclude all beverages not stipulated in the daily conference rate.
• Rates are applicable Sundays to Thursdays. Standard Rack rates apply over weekends.
