We’re dedicated to providing a conference experience that goes beyond the ordinary. With our unmatched setting, exclusive conference facilities, and personalised service, we’ll help you create a memorable and impactful event that inspires, motivates, and impresses.

Classic Package -

This package includes accommodation, all meals (breakfast, 1-course lunch, and dinner), and a tea and coffee station in The Walker Room.

Rates:

  • Single occupancy: R5 558 per person
  • Sharing: R4 122 per person
  • Day delegate: R360 per person
  • Venue Hire: R2 500 (1 – 30 people) | R3 500 (31 – 40 people)

Deluxe Package +

In addition to all Classic Package inclusions, the Deluxe Package offers unlimited bottled water, a two-course lunch, and 2tea/coffee breaks with sweet and savoury snacks.

Rates:

  • Single occupancy: R5 900 per person
  • Sharing: R4 462 per person
  • Day delegate: R600 per person
  • Venue Hire: R2 500 (1 – 30 people) | R3 500 (31 – 40 people)

Kindly Note:

  • Please note that extra meals, beverages, telephone usage, laundry, gratuities, spa treatments and products, activities, and the 1% tourism levy on accommodation are not included in the package rates.
  • Accommodation is based on Classic rates. Allocation of Luxury Rooms is dependent on availability (at no extra cost).
  • Rates are applicable from Sundays to Thursdays. Standard Rack rates apply over weekends.
  • Rates are valid until 31 December 2026.
