New Winter Menu Highlights:
Black Bean, Sweet Potato & Corn Enchilada
A Mexican-inspired vegetarian dish layered with spice-roasted sweet potato, black beans, and corn wrapped in a corn tortilla. It’s baked in a smoky chipotle béchamel and served with roast tomato sauce, crème fraîche, jalapeño, cheddar, and fresh avocado.
Slow-Braised Beef Short Rib
Tender and flavour-packed, this winter favourite is cooked in a robust harissa and roasted red pepper sauce. Served with pan-seared gnocchi, charred leek, and smoked paprika labneh, it’s the perfect dish for a long, lazy lunch.
Crisp-Skinned Eisbein
A hearty classic with a Walkersons twist—served with beer and onion gravy, traditional sauerkraut, and colcannon, a warming mash of potato, green cabbage, spring onion, and crispy bacon.
