Hearty Seasonal Dishes

One of the standout vegetarian additions is the Moroccan Roast Eggplant. Roast eggplant is served with a fragrant lentil stew, harissa oil, preserved lemon, toasted almonds and bulgur wheat, creating a beautifully balanced dish that’s rich in flavour while remaining light and wholesome.

For those seeking classic winter comfort with a Highlands twist, Highlands in the Hole offers a playful take on a much-loved favourite. Bratwurst is baked in Yorkshire batter and served with Madeira caramelised onion jus, charred winter greens and buttery truffled mash – the perfect combination for a crisp winter afternoon in Dullstroom.

Another highlight is the Slow-Braised Lamb Shoulder Rogan Josh, where tender lamb shoulder is slow-cooked in aromatic spices and accompanied by saffron rice, charred green chilli, cucumber and mint raita, onion pickle and warm naan bread.
